Seems to me Steph has the right idea about a phat diet:
1. Eat what you know is good for you often making calories count. Get all the vitamins and minerals you can.
2. Eat what you know is not good for you in moderation or on special occasions.
3. In the meantime…work on the content of your character if that is (at least eventually) how you really want to be judged.
4. Be physically active. Do physical activities you enjoy as often as possible. If that includes the gym, that’s great. If it means taking a dance class, hiking, or something really fun that you can’t wait to do..even better.
5. Rest, rinse, repeat.
